2. Returns and Refunds for Physical Fitness Services

Cancellation and Refund Terms

• Cancellations 30 Days or More Before the Service Date:

Clients who cancel their booking 30 days or more before the scheduled service date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

• Cancellations Less Than 30 Days Before the Service Date:

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled service date are non-refundable, and no partial refunds will be granted.

• No-Show or Missed Service:

In the event of a no-show or missed appointment, no refund will be issued.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation notice.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

3. Returns and Refunds for Product Items

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

• Clients who wish to return or request a refund for a product item must contact the Jennuine Fitness team with a valid reason for the return or refund. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Receipt of a defective or damaged item.
  • Incorrect item delivered.
  • Unsatisfactory product quality (subject to evaluation by the Jennuine Fitness team).

Process for Returns and Refunds

   Once the request is reviewed and approved, arrangements will be made for the product’s return. Clients may be required to ship the item back to Jennuine Fitness at their own expense unless the return is due to an error or defect from our side.

   Refunds will only be initiated once the returned product is received and inspected by our team. Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, accessories, and any included documentation.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the client.
• Items not returned in their original packaging.
• Sale or clearance items.
